Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy (Pure Craft Leathers)

1. Return Policy & Timeline
Time Window: You must request a return within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. Requests made after this 24-hour window will not be entertained.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the shoes must be in the exact same condition that you received them—unworn, unused, and without any creases, scratches, or scuffs on the soles/leather.
Packaging: The items must be returned in their original box/packaging with all tags intact, along with the original purchase receipt.
2. Return & Cancellation Charges (Deductions)
For Returns (After Delivery): If your return request is approved, the following standard charges will be deducted from your total refund amount:
₹200 Flat Rate for return shipping/logistic handling.
5% Restocking Fee on the product value.
For Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch): You can cancel your footwear order anytime before it is shipped. For cancellations made before dispatch, a 3% payment processing fee will be deducted from your refund. Cancellations are not accepted once the order is handed over to the courier.
3. Refund Timeline
Approval: Once we receive and inspect your returned footwear at our facility, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved based on the condition of the product.
Timeline: If approved, the net amount (after applicable deductions) will be automatically credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
4. Damages, Defects, and Size Issues
Inspection: Please inspect your footwear immediately upon delivery. If the shoes are damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong size, it must be reported within the 24-hour window along with opening photos/videos for us to process an exchange.
5. Non-Returnable Items (Exceptions)
Custom Orders: Footwear that has been custom-made, personalized, or altered specifically to your size/design requests cannot be returned, refunded, or canceled.
Sale Items: Items purchased during special clearance sales or with promotional discounts are final sale and cannot be returned.
